1. Information we collect
Faith Hub collects information you provide when you create and use an account, including your name, email address, username, optional phone number, country, language, preferences, profile photo, password credentials, and content you save such as bookmarks, highlights, notes, history, downloads, notifications, and AI conversations.
When you use premium features, we store transaction references, status, amount, currency, payment channel, transaction ID, and related gateway responses. Flutterwave processes the payment; Faith Hub does not store full card details.
2. How we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts, verify email addresses, recover passwords, provide Bible and devotional features, save your study activity, deliver notifications, process premium features, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.
3. How we share information
We share information with service providers only when needed to operate the app. Depending on the feature you choose, Faith Hub uses Google sign-in, YouTube Data API, OpenAI for AI generation and audio transcription, Flutterwave for payments, and configured email infrastructure for verification and password recovery. These providers process information under their own policies and do not receive more information than needed for the requested service.
4. Advertising and analytics
The app supports optional advertising configuration for particular releases. No analytics or crash-reporting SDK is configured in the inspected Faith Hub project. This website does not use tracking cookies.
5. Retention and deletion
We retain information while needed to provide the service, protect accounts, resolve disputes, and meet legal or accounting requirements. Delete your account in the app or follow the public account deletion instructions. Some transaction or security records may be retained when legally required.
6. Security and children
Faith Hub uses authenticated API access, password hashing, access controls, and HTTPS in transit. Faith Hub is not directed to children under the age where parental consent is required by applicable law.
7. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, export, restriction, objection, or deletion of your information. Contact us to make a request.
